Please read before booking
Slots are either 30 minutes or 60 minutes with a 5 minute buffer between each slot. This means that you get 25 minutes or 55 minutes use of the field and 5 minutes to load your dogs back into your vehicle and leave the car park – this is the fairest way to ensure the field is vacant when the next person arrives.

Cancellations*, Rescheduling, and other Amendments
You can reschedule an upcoming session by logging into your Customer Panel account (link to this is found in your confirmation email).
Amendments must be made 24 hours before your booking starts.
*Bookings are non-refundable.
Packages, Codes & Gift Certificates
When you book a package you will receive an email with a link to our Customer Panel. Click the link and set a new password. From here you will be able to see all your existing bookings/packages bought. Click on the package in your account and book appointments from here.
